📢 Call for Papers
The primary objective of the congress is to provide a platform for a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and topics that must be addressed to realize the full potential and sustainability of scientific research on a global scale.
The findings of the congress will serve as a reference for future scientific studies, while its multinational structure will create opportunities for collaborative initiatives among researchers from various countries.
The main proceedings of the congress will be published in an ISBN-certified Proceedings Book.
🎯 Scope of the Congress
• The congress welcomes original academic studies from all major disciplines.
• Papers may be submitted and presented in Turkish or English.
• The congress holds international status, meeting the criteria for associate professorship and academic incentives.
• Official documents required for academic promotions will be provided to participants following the congress.

• Abstract Submission Deadline: November 9, 2025
• Payment & Final Registration: November 5-12, 2025
• Announcement of the Congress Program: November 14, 2025
• On-site Presentations: 19 December 2025
• Online Presentations: 23-30 November 2025
• Full Paper Submission: 3 December 2025 (optional)
• Publication of the ISBN-certified Proceedings Book: 20 December 2025 (final)
Note: The similarity index for full papers must not exceed 25%.

Via Zoom – Meeting ID and password will be provided along with the congress program.
💼 Participation Fees
• Online participation fee: 60 EURO
• In person participation fee: 300 EUR (includes two papers)
• Additional Author or Listener: +180 EUR
Please make your payment only after receiving acceptance
📑 Fees Include
• Participation of all authors in the congress
• Digital participation certificates (PDF) for all authors
• Publication of papers in the ISBN-certified proceedings book
• Coffee breaks and a congress bag (for on-site participants)
🌐 Conference Languages
The official languages of the congress are Turkish, French, and English.
• Abstracts can be submitted only in English.
• For abstracts written in Turkish, an English abstract is mandatory.
• Full papers can be prepared in Turkish, French, or English.
• Presentations may also be conducted in any of these three languages.
📝 Submission Guidelines
• Abstract submission is required for participation. Please send your abstract by November 9, 2025 to:

• The review process takes approximately 2–3 days.
If accepted, an official acceptance letter will be sent to you.
• After receiving the acceptance letter, participants must complete their registration by transferring the participation fee (as per the given account details) no later than November 12, 2025, and email the payment receipt to the congress address.
• Submission of a full paper is not mandatory.
Only abstracts can be published in the proceedings book (ISBN-certified).
However, if you wish to publish your full paper, send it to atlaskongre@gmail.com between December 1-3, 2025, along with a similarity report (≤25%).
⚠️ Important Notes
• It is mandatory to include your ORCID ID, phone number, and English abstract in your submission.
• Your phone number and email address will not be published in the proceedings book or shared with third parties.

🏨 Accommodation
Due to the diverse range of participants and budgets, no specific hotel agreements have been made. Participants are free to book accommodation that suits their preferences.
✍️ Abstract & Full Paper Guidelines
• Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
(Titles, author names, institutions, emails, abstracts, and keywords must be in 12 pt. Font size for tables, graphs, etc., can be adjusted by the author.)
• Line Spacing: 1.25
• No indentation at the beginning of paragraphs.
• MAIN HEADINGS should be in uppercase and bold.
• Full papers must be at least 5 pages long.
• Sections such as ABSTRACT, INTRODUCTION, RESEARCH AND FINDINGS, CONCLUSION, REFERENCES should be clearly separated.
• The APA referencing style must be used.
